Live at a real event company, every day

Every client email, locked in before you open it.

Lockday is the AI office manager for DJ, AV and event companies. It reads your inbox, opens the job, fills in the details, lines up the crew, sends the invoice, and every morning shows you who is waiting on you.

You’re on the list.

We’ll email you within a few days to book a 20-minute call. Founding spots go in the order people sign up.

The problem

Your business lives in the inbox. Your software can’t read it.

One booking is 20 to 50 emails between the client, the planner, the venue and the crew. Mixed in with newsletters, receipts and password resets. Lockday sorts every one of them onto the right job.

A normal Tuesday morning. Press “Sorted” or just scroll.

How it works

From “are you available?” to paid, without retyping a thing.

1

Email arrives

“Are you free June 14 at the Fairmont?”
2

Lockday understands

New job, existing job, or noise. Sorted in about 12 seconds.

3

The job card fills itself

Date, venue, client and timeline, straight from the conversation.

4

Crew and gear

Who works it, what ships, and conflicts flagged before they bite.

5

Invoice and paid

A pay link in the invoice; the payment lands on the job.

What it saves

What does retyping your inbox cost you?

Move the sliders to your own numbers. It’s your estimate, not ours.

Our own 5-person company gets about 1,000.
Reading, finding the job, copying dates, venues and details over.

Hours = emails × minutes × 4.33 weeks. Lockday doesn’t remove every minute; it removes the retyping.

Under the hood

Hundreds of emails in. One clear job out.

Rules clear the noise, AI finds the right job, and you only see what actually needs you.

An office manager that never sleeps, and plays well with others.

Your inbox, organized

Every thread on the right job. Newsletters and notifications stay out of the way.

Your move, every morning

Who is waiting on you, since when, and what they asked. Nothing falls through.

Invoices that get paid

Invoices and pay links from the job card. Payments land on the job automatically.

Crew and timeline

Load-in, setup, show times and who works the gig, in one place.

Works with your AI

Connect Claude or ChatGPT in one step and just ask.

“Which clients are waiting on us this week?”

From the founders

“I’ve spent more than ten years running sound, video and DJ crews. The work was never the hard part. The inbox was. So we built the office manager we always wanted, and we run our own company on it every day.”

Do you read all my email?

Lockday gets read-only access to the mailboxes you choose. It only acts on job-related mail and never sends anything without you.

Do I have to switch from my current tools?

No. Lockday works alongside them and takes over the retyping. Many teams keep their calendar and accounting exactly as they are.

How long does setup take?

Connect Gmail and Lockday sorts your past mail into clients, venues and jobs, so it’s useful from the first day. Founding customers get set up with us on a call.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

When Lockday isn’t sure, it asks you with one click instead of guessing. It never overwrites what a person entered, and every change is logged.

Who is it for?

DJ, AV, production and event rental companies with 2 to 50 people. If your week is run by email, it’s for you.

Stop retyping your inbox.
